All sales are final. For issues of damage in shipping refer to our return policy on damaged items. You can always contact us for any return question at rykerstudios@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, contact us and we may be able to send a replacement. For wrong items, we will provide a return label for the wrong item and ship out the correct item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges and Refunds
Due to the fragile nature of our items and the cost of shipping, we do not accept exchanges or refunds, except on the basis of incorrect items. If you receive the incorrect item consult our damage and issues section of our return policy.
Shipping
Time for shipping varies for all items because we have hand crafted items and are made to order so time of constructed will vary. At the moment we ship all over. Shipping should be charged at the time of purchase. Shipping cost and time in transit will vary based on location. Shipped will have a transit number to keep track of once construction is finished. Be patient, as construction will be the longest time. If at any time you want to be caught up on the process your item is in, contact us.
